In the unlikely event that an event is officially canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days from the official cancellation announcement.

3. Exclusions

• No-Shows or Late Entry: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or late arrivals.
• Non-compliance with Event Rules: The venue and organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates event guidelines, rules, and regulations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
• Additional Event Rules: Some events may have specific rules regarding assigned batches, memberships, or admissions. Non-compliance with these rules may result in the termination of your participation without a refund.

4. Ticket Transferability

Tickets are non-transferable. Any special requests for transfer must be sent via email to the contact information provided and are subject to the approval of the organizing team.
